Our packages include golf for two days, welcome bags, door prizes, and (optional) lodging at the (pet friendly) Butterfly Grove Inn in Pacific Grove. www.butterflygroveinn.com Pets are $25 per night extra.

Our two- and three-night packages have you arriving on Sunday, September 12th. The first day of golf is Monday, September 13th with tee times every nine minutes starting at 10:00 a.m. at Pacific Grove Golf Links. On Tuesday the 14th we again play at Pacific Grove beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Important information about carts: Carts must be shared. It is a fairly easy course to walk. Golfers opting to walk one or both days will be rebated $10 for each round walked. Please let Fred know if you intend to walk or would consider walking if necessary.

This event is limited to the first 40 golfers who register and pay in full. We have a total of 25 hotel rooms each night plus two 2-bedroom suites so we are limited there as well. Because of guarantees required by the hotel, registration will be cut off Tuesday, August 10th.

We will gather poolside at the Inn on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. for 45 minutes to distribute course and foursome information. Welcome bags and door prizes will also be distributed at that time. We’ll have lights snacks and beverages. We encourage you to enjoy the many wonderful local restaurants for dinner.

We will hand out prize money for Monday’s winners poolside at 5:30 pm. We are also going to offer a cup of clam chowder and French bread as a heavy appetizer which was very popular last year. If you don’t like clam chowder we can substitute a tamale or something along that line. Tuesday’s payouts will take place at the course grill as soon as golfers complete their rounds and the scores can be tabulated. No worries if you are not able to attend the payout gatherings, we will happily send you a check.
